 Wali is a band from Chester, South Tangerang. Music group was formed in 1999. Its members consist of 5 persons namely Faank (vocals), Apoy (guitar), Tomi (drums), Ovie (keyboardist), and Nunu (bass). All band members are graduates of boarding schools and partly an alumnus of Sharif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in Jakarta. His first album was released by People Tell in 2008. The band generally local pop genre with a touch of creative total Malay rhythms in their songs. Hit song in this album is a little brother and I Egokah using Shireen Sungkar as a model of video clips. Dik songs that are a mainstay by incorporating elements of pop love that manages to be recorded RBT (ring back tone) to 1 million mobile phone owners to mid-May 2008. It's a barometer of the success of the group consisting of 5 men.
Success with their debut album, the mayor immediately released his second album, mostly created by Apoy. Previously, the Guardian has released singles champion from his latest album, Exchange Network. In fact thanks to RBT single Exchange Network, the Mayor awarded Umrah from the label, Nagaswara.

In a moment of Ramadan 1430 AH (August-September 2009), the mayor also issued a religious single entitled Let sholawat. [1] After the release of her second album, the base, Nunu decided to resign and is reportedly working on the project under the guidance of the base Dewa 19, Yuke Sampurna.
